We are upgrading our business systems to a member management system called Pike13. This includes our website and the online tools that are available for you to manage your schedule with Pinnacle Performance.

Please claim your account at https://pinnacle4performance.pike13.com/accounts/sign_in. You will need to enter in your email address. Then, check your email for a confirmation email. Click the “confirm your email address” button in your email. You will be redirected to your account and prompted to create a password and enter any other information you wish to add. There are no preset or temporary passwords. Input the password you wish to use.

With Pike13 you can log in to see your account details, update credit card information, sign our electronic waiver, and manage how you want to be notified about appointments, classes, courses, and events.

To sign our electronic waiver:

• Tap the alert at the top of your dashboard that says “Complete a waiver before your next visit”
• Then tap “Sign Now”
• Our waiver will be emailed to you via DocuSign, just open your email to sign.

To add your credit card information, please take the following steps:

• Tap on “Payment Methods”
• Tap on “+ Add New Card”
• Please add your billing information, then click “Save”.

To opt-in to notifications by text message: (standard rates may apply)

• Tap on “Notifications”
• Tap on “Settings”
• Tap “Edit” next to an available notification

Make sure the “Text” box is checked, then click “Save”.

You can also upload a photo of yourself if you would like!

We’re excited about these changes—especially that the tools are mobile so you can check your schedule of services and manage your membership anywhere, anytime.

Recently, Tessa Furano Hale, DPT completed a certification course in San Francisco and is now a CoreAlign Faculty Member through Balanced Body. This means she is currently the only instructor in the state of Utah qualified to teach movement practitioners the ways of the CoreAlign apparatus.

What that means for you is that Tessa has a whole new repertoire of CoreAlign exercises to add to your training regimen here at Pinnacle Performance. In order to introduce you to this exciting equipment and get you ready for our soon-to-be-scheduled CoreAlign group classes, Tessa has opened up some time on her schedule for Individual Sessions on Saturdays beginning this coming Saturday, October 26. In the interest of spreading the word about CoreAlign to as many people as possible, she will be offering these special Saturday CoreAlign sessions at half of her usual rate.
