Running
This class is for individuals who need or desire to obtain effective biomechanical and neuromuscular movement patterns necessary for efficient running. The class will utilize the reformer/tower systems to develop balance between mobility, stability and flexibility necessary throughout the system to sustain the repetitive motion and loads required by running. Dynamic skills acquisition tasks will be incorporated to improve balance, endurance, and efficiency. If you are recovered from injury, having some minor symptoms, or just wish to find the ZEN in your stride, this class is for you!
