Functional Training
This class is designed to increase strength, endurance, balance, and performance. The use of various equipment will enhance the workout and increase stability demands of the body to facilitate functional and dynamic control necessary to participate in sports and daily activities. All classes will be guided by the science of movement (Intelligent Movement), and the latest research pertaining to strength and endurance training.
